Distance Sound Healing Experience

Energy is everything and can be sent and felt no matter what the distance! These sessions are done on Zoom.

Relax into a 30 minute Reiki infused Crystal Alchemy Sound bath. I will guide you into a meditation with breathwork and visualization as I play my Alchemy Bowls, sing melodic vocals, and will also include an array of other magical instruments such as the Native American Flute, rainstick, chimes, drums, and whatever I feel called to play during your session. After I will gently bring you out of your meditation and cleanse your aura. We will have a conversation about how you're feeling, different forms of meditation, visualization, breathing techniques that you can use, and any other spiritual guidance you may need.

What you'll need:

A quiet comfortable place. Get some pillows and set a cozy space for yourself for your session. Light an incense, burn a candle, gather your favorite crystals, whatever you need to make your space feel sacred.

Headphones! These will give you the best sound quality for your sound bath! I use high quality mics so you can have the best experience even from a distance!

This session lasts 45 mins but can go up to an hour. 30 min sound bath and 15-30 mins for spiritual guidance at the end. Allow 5 mins for sound check in the beginning.
