Hello and welcome to my site! I'm Sdar Lotus.

I'm a Reiki Master and Crystal Alchemy Sound Healer. My whole life revolves around art - healing arts, musical arts, meaningful crystal jewelry, gorgeous makeup artistry, and otherworldly photography. Years ago, I was living a fast paced life as one of the top makeup artists at my retail location. I had been suffering from chronic pain since my teenage years and didn't know where it stemmed from. I was overworking myself and, although I was trying to take care of myself, it just wasn't enough to keep up with my lifestyle. My body soon decided it was time for a change. I was forced to take a leave of absence from my career. In the end, I was still not well enough to return to work and had to give up the position I had worked so hard for.

Little did I know, it was a life changing opportunity for growth.

I had been diving deeper into my spirituality and a month into my leave of absence decided to attend a past life regression workshop held by Dr. Brian Weiss. I was able to have a past life regression that helped me identify where my pain originated. I started meditating more and taking better care of my body. I realized I needed to start my own business so I could work at my own pace and step into deeper healing.

I started working with crystals and going back to my childhood love of them. I like to say I reverted back to my five year old self. Once I started creating jewelry with gemstones and learning more about them, it led me into the path of Crystal Healing. That helped me discover the wonders of Reiki Healing, which in turn, led me deeper into the world Sound Healing. This guided me to Dr. Sue Mortor's amazing work 'The Energy Codes'. I've always felt my whole life that I was a Healer and fate led me to the right mentors to teach me these healing techniques.

I have studied under Reiki Master Luz Duque, Professor Jeralynn Glass, and Dr. Sue Mortor.

I am a certified Reiki Master, graduate of levels 1 and 2 of 'The Sacred Science Of Sound', and a facilitator of Dr. Sue Mortor's 'The Energy Codes'.

In my healing sessions I combine Reiki, Crystal Chakra healing, Crystal Alchemy Sound healing, and Breathwork to move energy, asses the Chakras, relax, and calm the mind, body, and spirit. I have a lot of fun with my music and get creative writing upbeat, positive lyrics to help brighten the listeners' energy. I also infuse healing tones into my music so when you listen to it you're also healing on other levels. My jewelry is even infused with Reiki and sound. I also use my makeup artistry and photography as a way to empower people and cultivate self love.

Through my own experiences, I have been able to help people find where their trauma stems from. I teach them breathwork and how to breathe into the spaces to heal childhood wounds and ancestral trauma. By moving energy, I find new ways to help my clients take their life into their own hands.

As divine spiritual beings we are able to live life as our higher self by using these tools. By learning ways to come back to center no matter how hectic life can get around us, we remember that with a heart filled with gratitude and love, we can accomplish anything.
